- § 02
Service usage
You may use Dividendly only for lawful business purposes and must ensure any information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You remain responsible for your accounting records and legal obligations, including dividend compliance requirements relevant to your business.
- § 03
No legal or tax advice
Dividendly provides software tools and generated documents. Nothing on this website or in the service is legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should seek professional advice where needed.
- § 04
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
- § 05
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Think Commerce Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Dividendly.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
- § 06
Referral programme
Paying customers on Starter, Growth or Accountant plans receive a personal referral code and link. The referral discount (50% off the referred customer's first invoice) is available to new customers only and cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
Referral credits equal one month of the referrer's current plan at the monthly rate. They are granted when the referred customer's first payment succeeds, applied automatically to future invoices, have no cash value, are not transferable, and are capped at 12 per account. Enterprise plans do not earn referral credits.
Self-referral, and referrals we reasonably consider fraudulent or abusive, do not qualify. We may withhold or reverse credits in such cases, and may amend or withdraw the programme at any time.
- § 07
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dividendly after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
