Every paying Dividendly customer has a personal referral link and code. Share it with another director: they get 50% off their first month, and once their first paid month goes through, a month of your plan is credited to your account — automatically. You can earn up to 12 free months.

§ 01How it works

  1. 01 · Share

    Sign in, open Referrals, and copy your personal link or code. Send it to another director — or anyone running a UK limited company that pays dividends.

  2. 02 · They subscribe

    Your link takes them to sign-up with the discount already applied; the code also works typed at checkout. After the 7-day free trial, they pay 50% less for their first month.

  3. 03 · You get credited

    Once their first paid month goes through, a month of your current plan is credited to your account and taken off your next invoice. Nothing to claim.

§ 02Your link and code

One code, two ways to use it.

Your code is created the first time you open Referrals in the app, alongside a share link. The link opens sign-up with a banner confirming the discount, and it's applied automatically at checkout. If someone would rather sign up on their own, they can type the code under “Add promotion code” at checkout instead. Both routes count towards your free month.

Not on a paid plan yet? Referrals unlock as soon as your subscription starts — including during the trial.

§ 03Who qualifies

  1. 01You can refer once you're a paying customer (active or trialing) on Starter, Growth or Accountant. Enterprise accounts are billed by hand and don't take part.
  2. 02Only new customers count. Someone who already pays for Dividendly can't redeem a code, and you can't refer yourself.
  3. 03The 7-day free trial comes first; the discount applies to their first invoice after it, and can't be combined with other promotion codes.
  4. 04Credits are account credit on your Dividendly plan — not cash, not transferable — and stop at 12. Refer twelve directors and Dividendly is free for a year.
  5. 05Annual subscribers earn the monthly-equivalent price of their plan per referral.
