Privacy policy.

Dividendly is a trading name of Think Commerce Ltd. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data — for visitors, signed-in users, and the directors and shareholders whose data passes through our voucher workflows.

    Think Commerce Ltd is the data controller for Dividendly services. References to "Dividendly" in this policy refer to Think Commerce Ltd trading as Dividendly.

    We may collect personal and business information that you provide to us, such as names, email addresses, and account-related details needed to operate the service.

    We use data to provide and improve Dividendly, communicate with you, keep the service secure, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

    Data sharing

    We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers where necessary to run Dividendly, subject to appropriate contractual and security safeguards. On this website, Google and Reddit receive data about your visit for analytics and ad measurement, as described under cookies below.

    Cookies and similar technologies

    This website (dividendly.co.uk) uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

    Your cookie choice. When you click Accept on the cookie banner, we store that choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again.

    Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without using cookies.

    Advertising measurement. Only after you click Accept, we load the Reddit Pixel, which sets a cookie and tells Reddit which pages you visited so we can measure our ads on Reddit. Reddit processes this data under its own privacy policy.

    You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Clearing site data also resets your cookie-banner choice.

    Data retention and security

    We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes set out in this policy, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. Where you connect an accounting provider, we receive company, transaction and contact data from Xero or Intuit (QuickBooks Online) under the scopes you authorise; your accounting connection tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and your voucher PDFs live in private storage behind expiring links. Access is default-deny and scoped to your company.

    Your rights

    Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing.
